Human Resources Manager India (m/f)

We are looking for a Mumbai based Human Resources Manager India (m/f) to truly partner with our organization, bring it to the next performance level as well as engage and further develop our colleagues.

The challenge you are up for

  • Work proactively together with the India leadership team as a HR business partner and enhance the fact and KPI driven exchange to identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with HR and leadership team to design, implement and localize learning and development programs in alignment to business strategy for HRS worldwide
  • Be the go to person for all colleagues in India re. all aspects of HR truly engaging on a personal level and enabling them to develop
  • Further develop organizational structure and culture to establish a leading people organization and to drive actual business performance
  • Support ongoing and continuous change enabling teams and resolving potential conflicts
  • Closely cooperate with APAC and headquarter HR team to ensure state of the art HR standards and services as well as a thriving employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring and retention of talent in accordance with the global HR strategy
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant with different offices in India
  • Oversee operational people matters, including payroll, HRIS, reporting and administrative work as assigned

 

The commitment you bring

  • University degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Multiple years of working experience as HR generalist with a strong business and performance focus, ideally combined with experience from working in a non-HR/business function
  • Related experience and accumulated professional know-how in training design, training execution and coaching in multi-national organization
  • Familiarity with dynamic e-Commerce and mid-sized company work environments
  • Team player, passion for people and ability to deeply engage with colleagues of all levels
  • Genuine eagerness to drive cultural change, to shape an organization and to have business impact
  • Focus on fast and flawless, but also pragmatic execution - getting things done
  • Structured, independent and goal oriented working style
  • Good knowledge of India labor law
  • Fluency in Indian and English, spoken and written
