Global Brand Manager (m/f)


We are looking for a Cologne based Global Brand Manager (m/f) to develop and drive the brand strategy for the HRS Group brands.

It is our goal to make the booking experience simple and smart. Our booking portals combine more than 850,000 accommodations worldwide and form the basis for our innovative end-to-end solutions we are offering to global corporations. The HRS GROUP continues to expand and employs more than 1,500 people in 28 offices across the world.

The challenge you are up for

  • Define the brand strategy of the Global HRS Group brands and act as ambassador of the HRS brands internally and externally
  • Plan, create and coordinate brand assets across stakeholders and control usage
  • Conception, planning and controlling of activation measures across touchpoints – internally and externally
  • Establish and steer campaign plans in alignment with the Head of Global Brand
  • Management and control of the budget
  • Analyze and evaluate all marketing activities and derive learnings
  • Conduct market and competition monitoring and derive recommendations
  • Contact of agencies and management of external service providers

The commitment you bring

  • Several years of professional experience as a Global Brand Manager or Marketing Manager
  • Sound knowledge in brand building and strategy
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • High self-motivation, teamwork and flexibility
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluency in German and English, spoken and written
