HR Controller (m/f)

We are looking for a Cologne based HR Controller (m/f) to manage the personnel cost planning, budget and forecast and to consult management on status of HR related cost.

The challenge you are up for

  • Manage all HR cost related topics and provide reports to stakeholders
  • Track compensation systems, evaluate, and make suggestions for improvement
  • Support with budget panning and forecast
  • Monitor personnel cost budget and HR department budget
  • Provide accruals for financial closings
  • Manage and compile HR reporting internationally
  • Derive ad-hoc reports, statistics and analyses from HRM tool (SAP SuccessFactors) and payroll tool (ADP)
  • Support with driving standardization of planning, reporting and definitions and rolling out controlling specific processes across the organization

The commitment you bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Controlling
  • University degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance/Controlling
  • Expert level in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of tax and social security regulations
  • Strong numbers focus as well as very good analytical and conceptional skills
  • High quality standards with a superior attention to detail
  • A sense for identifying inefficiencies in business and controlling processes and initiating and completing corrective actions
  • High learning agility; desire to continuously improve
  • Strong communication skills, both in English and German
