Head of Audience Management (m/f)

We are looking for a Cologne or Berlin based Head of Audience Management (m/f) who will be responsible for the ROI based Management of our most valuable customer audiences on a state of the art Marketing Tech Stack. His/her responsibility is to lead and improve overall performance and determine new opportunities, both strategically and technically.

The challenge you are up for

  • Develop, implement and give access to unique audience profiles according to our strategic customer segmentation, using data, technology and insights to enable all Marketing teams to manage these audiences across any digital channel (PPC as well as Social Media)
  • Supporting and managing the Audience Management & Display team in its mission to satisfy, retain and grow existing customers through the adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually drive value and return on customer investment
  • Work with all internal divisions – as well as our Enterprise Solutions Business - to design custom audience targeting solutions and create a well-rounded, cross-channel audience strategy that maximizes growth potential as well as external partners
  • Develop and manage timelines to ensure project and campaign deliverables remain on track
  • Foundational knowledge of how Audience and Digital technology works including tagging, tracking and targeting
  • Improve our audience management system architecture and monitoring tools
  • Analyze and generate reports on the status of multiple media campaigns

 The commitment you bring

  • A Bachelor degree and/or above in the fields of Marketing or similar
  • Highly driven, digital- and tech-savvy marketer, who has a proven track record in the field of Online Marketing / e-commerce to join our PPC & Customer Analytics Team
  • Several years of experience and in-depth knowledge of psychographic targeting and digital media platforms including, but not limited to: Adwords, Programmatic Media (DBM and another DSPs), Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Instagram Ads among others
  • Knowledge of all relevant Customer and Sales KPIs across different channels and routine in handling analytics and reportings
  • Profound problem solving, analytical and creative thinking abilities
  • A structured, independent, data and goal oriented working style with profitability focus
  • Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
