Director Loyalty (m/f)

Cologne

We are looking for a Cologne based Director Loyalty (m/f) who develops, implements and advances the company’s capabilities & programs in support of the HRS GROUP´s customer retention and customer lifetime value initiatives. This position is a key member of the global marketing team responsible for working with international markets to develop the appropriate multi-channel contact strategies and programs to drive revenue via actionable customer insights.

The challenge you are up for

  • Evolve and execute Loyalty strategy, developing 360 Loyalty marketing plan inclusive of necessary incentives, animations, partnerships and messages to drive purchase frequency
  • Partner closely with project management, Product/IT, Finance and Content Marketing teams to map out a plan for global and enterprise-wide loyalty strategy and expansion
  • Collaborate with analytics and data science teams, providing direction to customer analytics team inclusive of establishing analytics roadmap, writing analytics briefs, aligning on methodology and approach to measurement of customer lifetime value
  • Provide leadership in creating and continually evolving service offerings, delivery and execution of loyalty programs, driving program acquisition and retention as well as revenue opportunities
  • Lead a cross-functional team of talented professionals by clearly defining strategic purpose of roles, establishing individual performance expectations, providing continuous feedback, coaching and developing
  • Management of program budgets, operating P&L and achievement of customer revenue targets
  • Identification of opportunities to further drive revenue through customer campaigns and improve marketing efficiencies

The commitment your bring

  • Successfully completed studies in the area of Business Administration or similar
  • Several years of experience in Loyalty program marketing & management experience
  • Proven leadership of large E-Commerce projects
  • Deep understanding of consumer audience segments
  • E-mail marketing experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate analytic data into strategic ideas
  • Drive for results and innovation
  • Solid negotiation skills with experience in developing contracts and partnerships
  • Fluency in Business English
