We are looking for an expert in tech recruitment who understands that data is at the very core of any tech-driven business someone who understands and can communicate our unique value proposition as a data-driven market leader and can attract the right talent for us to become even better.

This candidate will be responsible for stakeholder management, recruitment sourcing, process, and shaping the team structure and resources to match business needs.

Your challenges 

  • Define the sourcing and recruiting strategy for the Product and IT functions (all experience levels & expert functions)
  • Partner with hiring teams on end-to-end recruitment such as direct talent sourcing, candidate selection standards, candidate interview processes, and tools
  • Identify, evaluate and utilize appropriate cost-efficient sourcing channels to meet recruitment goals supported by data
  • Manage candidate experience to enhance both candidate conversion and employer brand perception
  • Drive meaningful innovation and countious improvement along the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Monitoring and reporting on current recruitment funnel, market and candidate insights to the hiring stakeholders
  • Develop and lead a team of international recruiters and coordinators

Your commitment

  • Demonstrate a strong recruitment background or sales management in a tech environment
  • Be able to manage high volumes of vacancies within tight timelines
  • Experience in executive sourcing and delivering end to end recruitment across multiple geographies in a large, matrix environment
  • Bring your experience of using social channels to maintain high direct sourcing success
  • Vast expertise in pipeline development, sourcing optimization, and forecasting hiring needs and results
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally across HRS Group with different stakeholders and prioritize resources against business needs
  • Advanced analytical skill with proven track record in successfully developing and leading a team in meeting KPIs and metrics through a robust recruiting process
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills, both in English and German
