Head of Recruiting (m/f)

We are looking for a Cologne based Head of Recruiting (m/f) to attract, select and recruit the best talent in order to nurture our growth and shape our organization with truly exceptional people.

The challenge you are up for

  • Lead and further develop a global team of highly talented and skilled recruiting experts
  • Drive meaningful innovation along the entire recruitment lifecycle allowing us to attract, source, select, engage and hire the best talent on the market
  • Understand the recruiting need across functions and geographies and define the sourcing and recruiting strategy
  • Together with your team manage the full operational recruitment lifecycle, including job drafting, sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing and negotiation for all open positions globally and drice to excellence
  • Actively shape and manage candidate experience to enhance both candidate conversion and employer brand perception
  • Continuously engage with hiring managers and candidates alike to further build up our talent pools

The commitment you bring

  • Multiple years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced and international environment, ideally from a mid-sized or start up company
  • Actual experience in succesfully building, leading and developing an expert team of recruiters
  • Proven track record of sound and spot-on hiring for a variety of positions across functions
  • World-class sourcing skills and familiarity with a variety of channels to identify and attract talent
  • A structured, diligent, independent, team and impact oriented working style
  • High levels of engagement, ownership and drive to hire
  • Willingness to engage in and actively shape a dynamic and complex environment
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, both in English and German
