Our sales staff look after HRS’s hotel partners and our more than 40,000 corporate customers worldwide. Their specialised expertise enables them to advise corporate customers on business travel matters and ensure that they have access to the best available offers across all our booking channels.

Because this is one of the company’s most important areas, our sales staff comprise a large team of experts who specialise in a number of different areas:
– Sales managers drive new customer acquisition both centrally from the HRS branch offices and decentrally while working from home.

– The sales managers are assisted by the sales support team.

– Our account support managers are responsible for looking after existing corporate customers.

– The key account and senior account managers are the first point of contact for our key clients.

– The sales strategy and steering team is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategy and management measures.

– The meetings & groups team plans group trips or events on behalf of our corporate customers, and it also organises club outings and city tours for private groups.
