HR Business Partner Tech (m/f)


We are looking for a Cologne based HR Business Partner Tech (m/f) to truly partner with our Product Development organization, bring it to the next performance level as well as engage and further develop our tech colleagues.

The challenge you are up for

  • Work proactively together with our Tech leadership team with over 250 employees worldwide in all aspects of Human Resources
  • Enhance the fact and KPI driven exchange with the HRS Tech unit to identify areas for improvement
  • Review and further develop structures to establish a leading people organization and drive business performance
  • Lead and manage potential conflict cases and labor law related actions in Tech
  • Facilitate a good and result driven cooperation with the German works council
  • Closely cooperate with all other HR functions to ensure state of the art HR standards and services as well as an enabling employee experience

The commitment you bring

  • A university degree in Business Administration or Law
  • Multiple years of working experience as HR generalist with a strong tech and business focus
  • Familiarity with dynamic tech/eCommerce work environments and agile methods
  • Ability to deeply engage with Tech colleagues of all levels
  • Strong competence in moderation of critical dialogues
  • Excellent knowledge in German labor law
  • Focus on fast and flawless execution 
  • A structured, independent and goal oriented working style
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
