Head of HR Training & Development (m/f)


We are looking for a Cologne based Head of HR Training & Development (m/f) to develop capabilities of our people and our organization, to shape a collaborative culture and to drive exceptional business performance.

The challenge you are up for

  • Bring HRS to the next level in terms of learning and executional excellence
  • Work self-responsibly with the global HRS Group leadership team to lead and manage all organizational and individual development measures
  • Identify new opportunities to grow the HRS businesses by developing skills and capabilities in a world leading eCommerce company
  • Review and further develop training and development methods and concrete offers across all business units globally
  • Facilitate leadership development and drive organizational change initiatives
  • Lead and manage global HR development initiatives as, e.g., global sales force optimization, tech learning academy, top talent program, remote collaboration
  • Closely cooperate with all other HR functions to ensure state of the art HR standards and services as well as an enabling employee experience

The commitment you bring

  • A university degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related
  • Proven track record in establishing profound professional learning at large scale (esp. in Sales)
  • Extensive work experience as HR development expert and also leader
  • Strong competence in moderation of team and leadership workshops
  • Excellent knowledge in HR development methods, training designs and blended learning
  • A sharp mind and very strong analytics
  • Incredible drive combined with a focus on fast and flawless execution 
  • A structured, independent and goal oriented working style
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
